Kernel shipped a record sunflower meal export volume in Mykolaiv seaport

The Kernel company shipped a record volume of sunflower meal in the port of Mykolaiv.

“Record 63 thou. tons of sunflower meal were loaded on the vessel JY LAKE. This indicator is the highest for the Ukrainian meal exports. Now the export consignment is heading to China,” the company informs.

The loading was carried out at the Nika-Tera Sea Specialized Port (a structural division of Group DF) with additional loading in the Ochakov roads. The ship JY LAKE was launched in the current year. Its dead weight is 82 thou. tons, length — 229 m, and width — 32.26 m.

For the Kernel company, it is the third absolute record over the past year. The previous maximum was 58 thou. tons of sunflower meal shipped in December 2018 on Nicos L.
