Ivan Kasynyuk is a partner at AVELLUM law firm and the Head of International Arbitration practice. Ivan advises clients in the area of international trade and represents their interests in international commercial arbitrations of GAFTA, FOSFA, and LMAA.

Ivan represents clients’ interests in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Arbitration Court at the ICC, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC). Ivan is a member of the working group on grain market development of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. He regularly works on the development of legislation and drafting laws in international arbitration, transfer pricing, VAT, and others.

Liliya Timakina - Director for Legal Issues in Astarta-Kyiv.

Liliya Timakina joined Astarta-Kyiv in 2015, prior she worked as private lower and held positions in juridical departments in different international and state holding companies. In 1994 Liliya Timakina graduated from Kyiv State Shevchenko University and graduated from H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University in 2014 obtained a license to practice law.

Dmytro Lyvch is an economist with 5+ years of professional experience in public policy and market research. He is now a Project Manager at Civitta Ukraine and Head of Analytics at EasyBusiness, where he oversees policy and market research in the fields of agriculture, energy and IT. Also, Dmytro is a Manager of Economic Development Group at Reanimation Package of Reforms, a biggest coalition of civil society organizations in Ukraine. Dmytro is a well-known public policy expert with 10+ co-authored policy papers and analytical reports, 30+ published articles and 20+ national TV and radio appearances, focused on business climate and investment attractiveness improvement, deregulation and farmland market reform. Dmytro Lyvch holds Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Marketing and Master's Degree in Business Administration, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Maksym Maksymenko, a counsel at AVELLUM, is an expert in the field of land and agricultural law, real estate and construction.

Maksym has over 10 years experience in advising international, as well as Ukrainian clients with primary focus on agricultural business, construction and related financing, real estate development, and real estate investment. Maksym also regularly advises clients on renewable energy projects. Maksym has deep legal expertise in the area of land relations. Furthermore, he was a member of various working groups of the central bodies of executive power, was involved in developing and approving draft legislation in the Ukrainian Parliament, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food Ukraine and the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre.

Sergey Feofilov - Director General of UkrAgroConsult, Ph.D. in Economics.
