Ukraine. Barley harvest is 10% complete
According to current data, the June 24 situation was as follows:
– forecast harvested area of barley is up 6% from last year, while that of peas is down 32%;
– harvest of early grains is 30% behind last year;
– harvest of winter wheat and barley is 47% and 26% behind last year, respectively;
– winter wheat yield is 5% higher than last year;
– pea harvest is 53% ahead of last year.
– harvested area of rapeseed is forecast at 1291.9 Th ha (up 31% year-on-year);
– rapeseed yield is 1.7% higher than last year, reports UkrAgroConsult.
