Ukraine. Corn planting 58% ahead of last year
Planting of early spring grains in Ukraine was 92% complete as of April 18 (2074 Th ha planted). This is 28% more than on the same date a year earlier and 5% above the five-year average.
Corn planting is 58% ahead of last year, reports UkrAgroConsult.
Fertilization of winter grains had been fully completed by the reporting date (7522 Th ha fertilized).
