Ukraine. Nibulon to improve handling in harbor
The shipbuilding and ship repair plant “Nibulon” is building the largest ship in the history of the company and independent Ukraine – a 140-meter crane boat Nibulon Max. It is designed for grain transportation, as well as for loading and unloading operations in open road. The vessel is equipped with two cranes. The hold capacity is 13.6 thousand cubic meters and the deadweight is 8.82 KMT, reports UkrAgroConsult.
Nibulon Max will be put afloat in summer 2019. Given the annual handling capacity of 3.5–4 MMT, the vessel will provide transshipment of around 2 MMT and increase the company's daily efficiency of the cargo fleet.
