Ukraine’s GDP reaches UAH 3.5 trillion in 2018
The nominal gross domestic product (GDP) of Ukraine in 2018 amounted to UAH 3.5 trillion, or UAH 84,190 per capita, according the Government portal.
"According to the data provided by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the nominal GDP amounted to UAH 3.5 trillion, or UAH 84,190 per capita," the statement reads.
It is noted that Ukraine’s economy in 2018 grew by 3.3% from 2017, which corresponds to the forecast figures and general guidelines for the development of Ukraine.
The tendency of growth has been kept for 12 consecutive quarters.
As reported, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated that the work of the Ukrainian government for the current year is aimed at maintaining positive economic dynamics and accelerating economic growth by more than 3%.
