Kazakhstan. New crusher to start operating in Aktobe region
A new oil extraction plant is being prepared for launch in Aktobe region. The cost of the investment project is estimated at KZT 2 Bl., reports UkrAgroConsult.
The plant’s crushing capacity will be up to 45 KMT of oilseeds a year. It will produce 150 MT of sunflower oil a day. The extractor will process locally grown oilseeds.
The plant will reach its full crushing capacity by the fall of 2019. The company’s plans include increasing export potential of its production. Talks are now underway with former Soviet countries: Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
