Ukraine’s Agrarian Policy Ministry implements European trading standards
The Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry of Ukraine implements the European standards of trade in livestock and crop products.
"As part of the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, the Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry of Ukraine implements the EU legislation on standards of trade in livestock and crop products," the press service of the Ministry reports.
It is noted that the introduction of the EU product requirements (regarding chocolate, juices, jams, coffee extracts, chicory extracts, honey, etc.) will allow ensuring transparent rules on the market and proper consumer awareness about their conscious choice of food products. It should also facilitate a significant expansion of the export potential of domestic producers.
