Russia. Omsk region to make the first rail shipment of rapeseed oil to China

In order to streamline logistics, the Omsk oil extraction plant, which belongs to Blago Group, is making up the first train for transporting almost 2 KMT of rapeseed oil (88 containers) to China. With time, rail shipments of Omsk-made fat-and-oil products to China will become regular.

This year, the Omsk oil extractor has already shipped 11 KMT of oil to China via Novosibirsk, reports UkrAgroConsult.

About 11 tanks a day are now filled at the Omsk oil extractor. The plant’s technical equipment enables it to produce and ship roughly 220 railcar loads a month.
