Ukraine. Crusher sunseed stocks were down at last year’s level
According to current information of the State Statistics Service, sunseed stocks in Ukraine totaled 4897.5 KMT as of March 1, 2019 that is up 13.4% from the same date last year (4317.9 KMT). This included 2699.6 KMT held on farms (up 524.8 KMT, or 24.1% from March 1, 2018) and 2197.7 KMT at storage and processing facilities (up 24.8 KMT, or 1.1% on the year), reports UkrAgroConsult.
As of March 1, 2019, crusher soybean stocks were up 47.7% year-on-year at 741.7 KMT against 502.3 KMT on March 1, 2018. Rapeseed stocks as of the reporting date were 58% lower than a year earlier (27.3 KMT against 64.9 KMT, respectively).
