Belarus. Winter and spring grains and pulses are in good condition

Weather conditions are favorable for the completion of groats planting and the emergence of late heat-loving crops.

Moisture supply. The top soil layer is moderately wet with its average temperature at a 10-cm depth being +16 +21°С in most areas. The 10-cm soil layer is very wet in the east of Vitebsk region and in single areas across Brest region. Fieldwork conditions have deteriorated in these regions. Due to uneven precipitation rates, some areas in Belarus still feel a shortage of soil moisture.
