Kazakh flour exports in MY 2018/19 down 21%
Kazakhstan exported 1.2 MMT of flour in September-March 2018/19. This is 21% less than in the same period last season and the lowest volume in three years, reports UkrAgroConsult.
Afghanistan is the biggest importer with its market share reaching 67%.
Growth in exports is registered to China (+272%) and Tajikistan (+59%).
A decrease in shipments is observed to Afghanistan (-20%), Uzbekistan (-33%), Turkmenistan (-14%).
