Weather conditions. Air temperatures in Romania were within long-term normal levels (+17..+29°C), locally 2..4°C above normal in the southeast.
On July 22-23, air temperatures in the regions bordering on Bulgaria reached +34..+35°С. However, this rise was of short duration.
Moisture supply. Precipitation occurred all over the country (25-65 mm). Precipitation rates in the central regions locally reached 80-100 mm, or as much as normally receive for several months.

Precipitation on July 28 - August 4 will become less intensive, the focus of rains will be in the north (15-25 mm). Locally in the southeast (the border with Bulgaria), air temperature will reach +35..+37°C again that is unfavorable for spring crops.
