Russia. EFKO to establish a joint venture with Egypt’s United Oil
EFKO Group is planning to establish a joint venture with the Egyptian company United Oil, reports UkrAgroConsult.
The joint venture, which is to be created in Egypt, will produce specialized fats for the food industry and vegetable oils.
United Oil, founded in 1987, packs vegetable oils and produces fats. In addition, it owns two liquid cargo terminals on the Red and Mediterranean Seas.
