Russia increases investments into rapeseed processing facilities
A new plant in Ivanovo region to add to rapeseed crushing capacities
It is planned to build a rapeseed crushing plant in Ivanovo region. An investor has been found to date. The plant is supposed to produce feed additives.
Rape plantings in the region will be expanded to provide the crusher with feedstock. So, they will reach 6 Th ha by 2024, reports UkrAgroConsult.
Russia. A rapeseed crusher projected to be built in Udmurtia
It is projected to build a large rapeseed processing facility within the Sarapul priority development area (Udmurtia).
The plant will be capable of crushing over 40 KMT of rapeseed a year. The investors are planning to launch an own brand for selling the rape oil via the country’s large retail networks and abroad.
The investment project cost is estimated at RUB 586 Ml. The project implementation period is five years.
