UAE continues to be the biggest importer of Ukrainian flour 

30.5 KMT of flour was exported in February 2019/20, or 13% less than the month before, but 3% more than in February 2018/19, UkrAgroConsult reports.

257 KMT had been shipped abroad since the beginning of the season that is up 47% from MY 2018/19, but nevertheless down 18% from the 2017/18 record.

The United Arab Emirates continues to be the biggest importer this season, accounting for a 27% share. Last season, the ranking was topped by China. Chinese demand for Ukrainian flour dropped by 16% y/y, while the United Arab Emirates boosted purchases four times.
Apart from the UAE, February witnessed active shipments of Ukrainian flour to Singapore, which purchases as much as last year.
Another active buyer this season is Mozambique, which made its first purchase of Ukrainian flour in August 2019 and is among the top five importers now.
