Ukraine. Corn planting continues ahead of target

The corn planting target has already been exceeded by 3% with planted acreage up 4.9% year-on-year by now, reports UkrAgroConsult. Buckwheat planting is 43.9% behind last year. The millet planting target has already been exceeded by 11% with planting progress 50% ahead of last year.

Sunflower acreage is 44.3 Th ha larger than forecast (+1%). Sunflower planting is 0.4 % behind last year (-0.3% as of June 10, 2019). 

Soybean planting is 8.9% behind last year (-10.5% as of June 10, 2019).
