Ukraine. Grain exports grew by 20%
According to the Ag Ministry, 2018/19 grain exports from Ukraine had totaled 42.4 MMT by May 3, 2019, (by 20% more than in the same period a year earlier), reports UkrAgroConsult.
In particular, Ukrainian exporters shipped abroad 14.3 MMT of wheat (-0.77MMT), 3.4 MMT of barley (-0.74MMT) and 23.9 MMT (+40%) of corn.
In addition, 242 KMT of flour had been exported by this date (-135.4 KMT), incl. 241 KMT of wheat flour.
