Weather conditions. Warm weather set in over most of the country.
Moisture supply. Most of all, recent rain replenished soil moisture in northern and central parts of Belarus. In single areas that received the highest precipitation amounts the soil may be waterlogged. This hinders fall tillage in such fields.
Crop condition. As the weather is warm for this time of year, winter crops continue growing and additionally developing that is beneficial for their condition. Winter crops are rated good in most areas, reports UkrAgroConsult.
