Dutch company acquired Ukrainian feedstuff producer
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized the Dutch company De Heus Animal Nutrition for the acquisition of the Ukrainian D-Mix, a producer of animal feed in Lviv region.
“De Heus Animal Nutrition BV (Ede, the Netherlands) is authorized to acquire ownership of a share in the authorized capital of D-Mix LLC (Hilchitsy village, Lviv region), ensuring the excess of 50 per cent of the votes in the highest governance body," the message says.
In addition, the Dutch company is allowed joint control with the Ukrainian enterprise.
On March 4, 2019, Royal De Heus signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in the Ukrainian feedstuff producer. The closing of the transaction was expected in the second quarter of 2019.
