Russia. VTB buys new asset in grain market

VTB Bank and shareholders of the RTK Group of Companies reached an agreement and signed documents on the acquisition of 50% + 1 share of the RTK Group of Companies by VTB Group. The structure of the RTK includes railway grain hoppers of Rusagrotrans, the regional operator Astyk Trans and other companies.

As a reminder, earlier in February 2019, VTB Bank and PJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port signed documents on acquisition of 100% of Novorossiysk Grain Terminal by VTB Groupю This is the largest deep-sea terminal in Russia.
