Ukraine. Crop condition is good to fair
Weather conditions. Variable weather with sharp swings between daytime and night temperatures was seen on February 11-20. The average daily air temperature was 4-11°C above normal.
Moisture supply. Precipitation in the form of rain and snow only occurred in some eastern, western and partially northern regions, reports UkrAgroConsult.
Crop condition is good to fair. As maximum air temperatures in the daytime rose to above +5°C on February 11-20, slow growth was observed in winter grains. With average daily temperatures within 1.7-4.8°C, they have not yet started growing to a full extent – just plants in the south grew slightly on single days.
