Risoil S.A. invests USD 70 million in the development of a grain and bulk cargo handling terminal in Chornomorsk seaport.
Within a framework of public-private partnership development, it is planned to build a bilateral pier, the second stage of the marine gallery and dry cargo tanks with a storage capacity of 150 thousand cubic meters, reports UkrAgroConsult.
