Ukraine. Risoil won competition for Kherson seaport property concession
Risoil-Kherson has won competition for the property concession of the state-owned company Kherson Commercial Seaport, reports UkrAgroConsult.
LLC Risoil-Kherson is a consortium of LLC Petro Oil and Chemicals (Georgian Industrial Group) and Risoil S.A. (Switzerland). The share of the Georgian company equals 60%, with the Swiss partner accounting for 40%. In Ukraine, the company owns LLC JV Risoil Terminal in the port of Chornomorsk (an oil and grain facility) and a vegoil handling terminal (LLC Risoil Yug) in the seaport of Yuzhny.
