Ukraine exhausted quotas for duty-free wheat and corn exports to the European Union
By July 22, 2019, Ukraine had fully used up its duty-free quotas for export of the following agri products to the EU: honey, sugar, groats, flour, processed starch, grape and apple juices, wheat, corn and butter.
Seven quotas for tariff-free exports from Ukraine to the EU had been closed by the same date last year time.
In addition, Ukrainian exporters used up 79% of the quota for barley supplies to the EU, and well as 75% of the respective quota for poultry meat, 58% for malt and wheat gluten, and 53% for starch, reports UkrAgroConsult.
