Egypt purchased 113 KMT of vegoils through tender

Egypt’s state buyer GASC purchased 113 KMT of vegetable oils through a tender held on April 11, 2019, reports UkrAgroConsult.

According to trade sources, 30 KMT of soybean oil was bought from Hakan Agro at a price of USD 692/MT (the delivery period is June 15-30, 2019), 9.5 KMT of the commodity was purchased in the domestic market from Cargill Watanya (the delivery period is June 1-15, 2019), 9.5 KMT from Cargill Watanya (the delivery period is June 15-30, 2019) and 10.5 KMT from Alexseeds (the delivery period is June 1-15, 2019) at a price of EGP 11,713/MT (USD 676,27/MT).

In addition, 11.5 KMT of sunflower oil was purchased from Aston (the delivery period is June 1-15, 2019), 15 KMT from Hakan Agro (the delivery period is June 1-15, 2019), 15 KMT from Hakan Agro (the delivery period is June 15-30, 2019) and 12 KMT from ADM (the delivery period is June 15-30, 2019) at a price of USD 699/MT.

The imported vegetable oils will be paid for within 180 days after delivery.
