European Union to abolish import duties on Brazilian vegetable oils

Brazil will be able to supply some agricultural products, including vegetable oils, to EU countries duty-free, the official website of Brazil’s Agriculture Ministry reports.

This became possible after signing a free trade agreement between the European Union and the Mercosur economic bloc (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay).

The volume of trade between the European Union and Brazil far exceeds that between the EU and other Mercosur countries, reports UkrAgroConsult.
