Ukraine. Delta Wilmar launching new projects in Yuzhny
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) and LLC Delta Wilmar CIS have signed amendments to the memorandum and identified priority measures for the implementation of another project under state-private partnership in the port of Yuzhny, reports UkrAgroConsult.
It is planned to build a new berth No. 37, a soybean crusher, warehouse and handling capacities for liquid bulk and loose agricultural cargoes at the expense of private investors.
The state-owned enterprise will conduct dredging in order to create an operational water area and an approach canal to the new berth.
The soybean crushing capacity of the new plant will be up to 2 KMT a day, while the terminal will be capable of accommodating up to 40 KMT of grains and meals at a time.
